Epicured Inc. ("Company," "we" or "us") has created this “Privacy Policy” in order to describe how we treat your information when you subscribe to the Epicured Services (the "Services") or visit our website at Epicured.com (the "Site"), including:

Information We Collect
General: When you become a subscriber to the Services by creating an account, place an order, log on to the site, or when you contact us, we will collect "personally identifiable" information and "non-personally identifiable" information from you. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13).
