Choose your favorite plant-based protein (tempeh or quinoa) simmered with tomatoes, carrots, lentils, chickpeas, sweet red and yellow peppers, and hints of cumin and paprika.

The Vegan Chili is full of creative ingredient swaps to keep it low FODMAP and belly-friendly. The garlicky flavor comes from our garlic-infused oil; the onion flavor comes from the tops of fresh scallions; it has limited quantities of lentils & chickpeas, measured to the gram to ensure they’re low FODMAP. Our vegan chili is a good source of fiber, calcium, and iron, and it's high in vitamin A and vitamin C.
