Reheating

Microwave: Remove lid from the chicken/veggies/beef/shrimp container. Cover with a damp paper towel. Heat for 60 seconds and then in 30 second intervals until sufficiently warm. Rotate and allow standing time for even heating. Warm the tortillas briefly as desired. Place protein/veggie on top of the tortillas, adding cheddar cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo to taste.

Stove Top: Put chicken/veggies/beef/shrimp in a pan and place over medium-low heat for 1-3 minutes. until sufficiently warm. Warm the tortillas briefly as desired. Place protein/veggie on top of the tortillas, adding cheddar cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo to taste.

Storing
