Components

Collect the Seared Lamb Medallions along with the separately packaged Chive Mashed Potatoes. Mint Pesto already added to entrée.

Reheating

Microwave: Remove lids from Seared Lamb Medallions and Chive Mashed Potatoes containers. Cover with a damp paper towel. Heat in 30 second intervals until sufficiently warm. Rotate and allow standing time for even heating. Drizzle Mint Pesto over the lamb.

Stove Top: Place Seared Lamb Medallions and Ratatouille in a pan over medium-low heat for 1-3 minutes until sufficiently warm. In a separate pan, heat the Chive Mashed Potatoes for 1-3 minutes.

Storing

Keep all food refrigerated until ready to consume.
